Par 3, 150 yds over water Photo submitted by corey4826799 on 08/18/2013
Great track, narrow fairway, small green, old school.
Narrow fairways, small greens, deep rough, bring your A game... no cart girl the people were very nice..
The course is in great shape. I would strongly recommend the course
I played Woodcrest when it was private. I always enjoyed the challenge of the round. There is a nice mix of difficult holes with some easier ones. The par 3's are challenging. The 18th hole is probably the nicest finishing hole around.
Beautiful, tough course.
We played on a Thursday afternoon and didn't see another player until the 14 th hole. The rough was long and lush. Recent rain slowed greens that probably reach high stemp ratings. Plan to go back.
Needs signage
Awesome course. Needs amenities (signage, yardage etc…)
Friendly staff, course in very good condition, lacking markers/sign.
The course is in very good shape. However, there are no hole marker/yardage/layout at tee boxes. Being my first time, had difficulty navigating where to find the next tee specially at the back nine.
staffs are very friendly. Will play again soon. Green fee is $$$!
Tough course. Tad pricey.
Good test of skills for the average golfer. Very nice layout especially considering the location. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.
The best conditioned course in southern New Jersey
Played the weekend of the US Open and my group tries to play a 'major' a couple of times a year. We could not have picked a better course for serious golf. Absolutely pristine conditions and some of the best, most consistent rough around. I wish I could afford to play here every weekend because I would.
Great fairways
This was my first time on the course my problem was there were no makers to show the topography of each hole.
you get to use all clubs in bag
the rain in the region has hurt all courses so far this summer they went the extra effort to maintain condition but for a dailey fee golf course it's to expensive to play weekly for us working class hackers the cheaper price brings more people.
