Skyview Golf Club is a golf course in central New Jersey that just about breaks every stereotype of the urban jungle that many visitors expect the state to be. It runs through the woods, throws dramatic ups and downs at golfers and features fairways that are anything but level. This Robert McNeil design has a number of blind shots, including on the dogleg par-5 fourth, what many consider to be the toughest hole in public New Jersey golf.

Still, green fees max out at a very New York metro area reasonable $60 weekdays at Skyview.
