SkyView Golf Club
Skyview Golf Club in Sparta weaves through a series of stone outcroppings and intimidating sheer rock cliffs, providing stunning views that stretch across the surrounding valleys. The striking natural terrain is the focal point of the layout. Golfers will be hard pressed to find a flat hole on this golf course, what they'll find instead is a challenging mix of uphill and downhill holes with a few difficult blind shots to watch out for. Although the longest tees barely measure 6,000 yards, the elevation changes make many holes play longer than the yardage indicated. By far the toughest hole at Skyview Golf Club is the intimidating fourth, which not only features a blind shot into a narrow fairway but also a blind shot to the green that sits over 75 feet below the landing area.

- Played the course in July 2012 for the first time with a group that knew the course which was a help. Course was in great shape, and the couple of "gimmicky" holes that others have mentioned are very playable if you inderstand their layout. Best views of any couse I have played in NJ. I normally shoot in the 90's and did just that my first time out. Good challenge with some great rates during the weekdays. I definitely will play it again.I just had my wedding reception at SkyView and it was the most perfect day of my life! The staff at SkyView did anything and everything to make sure our day was flawless. The food was excellent and the serving size was great. The service was also wonderful. I cannot say one negative thing about them and I highly recommend having any parties/celebrations/weddings/showers there!
