Wild Oaks Golf Course - Willow Oaks/Pin Oaks
About
Located in Quinton Township, Wild Oaks Country Club is a 27-hole course that is conveniently located near all major bridges and highways in the tri-state area, making it easily accessible from Delaware and Pennsylvania. The holes are divided into three nines called Willow Oaks, Pin Oaks, and White Cedar. The club is named after the four ancient oak trees that stood on the site when construction of the courses began in the 1960s. Unfortunately only one has been able to withstand the test of time, and golfers get a chance to admire this 450-year old tree on the second fairway of one of the golf course's nines. The Willow Oaks/Pin Oaks Course starts with the longest nine and ends with the shortest. All three courses are player friendly enough for beginners with affordable rates that any skill level can enjoy.

Good for all skill levels.
I shoot in the 90's and went with a friend who is just learning the game, shooting around a 120. This course was great for both of us. Enough trees and dog legs to provide a challenge but wide open enough that my buddy could get up and down the course.
We played on a hot Saturday afternoon, and the course was wide open. Not a group ahead or behind us for the entire round.
The greens and tee boxes were in good shape. The rest of the course was very dry. A few balls that should have rested in the fairway rolled into the rough due to how hard and dry the course was. I can tell it's the kind of course that gets very burned out towards the end of the summer.
My only gripes about the course were that it was 90+ degrees and we only saw drinking water on 2 holes. Also, the clubhouse bar closed at 6, so there was no reprieve for two thirsty golfers after our round.
If this course were closer to my house in Philadelphia I would play it all the time for the price I paid ($21).
Great value for money.
This is decent course. The rough is thick and you can lose ball in the rough. The greens and fairways are average. Overall a good course for the money you pay.
Golf Course had Problem with GolfNow
had a golfnow tee time for 230 arrived early. owner would not let us tee off, even thow nobody teed off for 45 min. seemed he had a additude about the golfnow price. played hear for 10 years but will not return. if course has a problem with price, don't post it.
It could be a nice course if it was mainained properly
With Golfnow.com the owner would not allow my twosome out till the tee time although there was only 6 other players who went out during that time-it was wide open. The day was changing quickly to cold (54) windy and cloudy day. They were just cutting the high grass while it was still wet from the heavy rains the day before, some real high grass and lots of clumps of cut grass. The owner would not let us out due to the low price we paid, usually there is open t-times. Been playing there off and on for my 15 yrs of golf. They struggle to get golfers there but they keep losing customers due to poor management. Don't know how often I would play there anymore, the cheap price still does not make it worth it.
Best deals around!
Played late on a Sunday afternoon; not crowded at all, could take our time. The course was in very good condition, with ruffs that will definitely challenge you!! Very friendly and helpful in the "clubhouse".
All in all, a very pleasant experience; will come again!
Sub Par
Cannot not really tell the difference between the rough a fairway. Very easy to lose your ball even in fairway. However its not a bad course for the price.
Can't beat 27 holes for this price
Staff is always friendly, never too crowded. Good course for a beginner.
Very good course for a novice player
Not a bad place to play..not to challenging but not a push over either..The course overall in pretty good shape but bunkers could use some attention. The pace of play was great for a Sunday afternoon. If you are new to the game its a great place to work on your game without getting frustrated, well at least not to frustrated.
Nice course for the price
I played here after a bad rain storm. The course took on a lot of water and it was cart path only. My friend and I were one group of only 3 or 4 on the course for the day so the pace of play was great! I liked the layout, the course was in okay shape and the staff was very friendly. I will be back in the spring to play there when conditions are better.
you get to use all your club....many different shots
For the money, it is THE place to play! A bit of a ride from home but I was able to play 27 holes in 4 hours! I had to use all the clubs in my bag, I think that is a plus. I'd definately go back and bring 3 friends next time!
This course would be better if it was maintained.
This course would probably be a lot better and a lot more fun if they we're willing to cut the grass on the fairway. It's hard to know the difference the fairway and the rough when it's all the same height.
For the money this course is well worth it.
We played on Saturday afternoon and the course was not crowded. We got around in just a little over 4 hours without any one pushing us (3 players). The course has visible signs of improvement. Played here 2 years ago and the course was in dire need of repair - I am very glad to see someone is taking it upon themselves in fixing it up.
Nice greens
Course has nice smooth greens Fairways average and tee boxes average. Clay based course so drainage is a problem especially in spring but fairways are hard and fast in warm to hot, dry weather
Course needs a sprinkler system
Course is ok for practice round. some challenging holes. Play all 27 holes for best value
great price nice greens great staff
friends and my self enjoyed our self great price great staff
Like playing in someones back yard...
The only good thing about this course is that its cheap. Fairways really aren't fairways, just mowed grass. By the way, which is cut and left where it lay so its almost like playing in a hay field. The greens were pretty good but most greenside bunkers were void of sand and most filled with water. Guy in pro shop gave me a hard time about not having a golfnow printout because he had no proof I had paid (I doubt it) and said I looked trusting so he allowed me to play. Near the tenth green of the middle course I cant remember color-par five) I fell into an uncovered drainage hole while walking up to the green along the right side. Went down to just below my knee but was VERY lucky I just sustained a small cut to my shin. How I didn't break anything is beyond me. Thanking my lucky stars I finished out my round. However, I did report the concealed and uncovered opening to the same guy in pro shop who really didn't seem to care. Too bad I didn't break something or this place woulda been called Broken Leg Country Club and he would be out of a job with me as the owner. Also, the bucket icon means practice balls are included, however this place has no range so don't expect range balls even though golfnow includes that icon under price. I am only recommending this course to beginners because this is the perfect place to hack it up on the cheap.
good value for the $
Played here as a hot deal and I'm glad I did. The fairways left a lot to be desired in that they weren't really fairways but just a shorter version of the rough. That being said though the greens were in really great shape. Drive for show, putt for dough.
The condition and play of the greens meant you could actually putt, not just try to miss holes.
You get what you pay for
For less than $20, this was a marginally acceptable course. Fairways are nonexistent, consisting of some patchy crabgrass that is cut at the same height as the rough. The greens were surprisingly well maintained, albeit a little slow. With some capital investment, the course could be quite nice. As it stands, however, I would not recommend driving more than 15 miles to this course, regardless of price.
