White Oaks Country Club
About
White Oaks Country Club is carved from the mature pinelands of Newfield in south Jersey. Towering oak trees frame the golf course, separating each hole and giving each one a secluded feel. There are several challenges in store on this layout including massive strategically placed bunkers and water hazards, but it is also forgiving enough to accommodate beginners. The golf course does not have just one hole that it considers its signature but in fact, multiple holes. There is the par-5 seventh which stretches to a monstrous 621 yards and the par-4 ninth features a tricky second shot over water to a double green. These two challenging holes take advantage of the landscape's natural contours. The 17th is yet another signature hole, it has been voted the "toughest par 3 in South Jersey."

Fun day
Worth the price of admission. Good conditions and Ed excellent layout
Dangerous course
I was in a cart and the person next to me got hit with a golf ball while inside the cart and I almost got hit and our cart got hit again. Know warning was issued and I was constantly on guard.
Horrible
Horrible they book tee times back to back this course is backed up all the time takes 5-6 hours to play 18 holes definitely do not recommend
Fun day
No red blocks were out so we
Made out own starts.
Review
Course in good shape for January. Greens were pretty good...the course was soggy but expected.
Very poor conditions
On a dry day a lot of holes were cart path only because they didn't want you driving on hard pan. Very little grass on course. Greens were bumpy, slow and weren't even punched for Spring. They were punched in the fall and were horrible. Didn't see one person working on course. Trash cans were full and over flowing on every hole. T boxes were a mess. Broken tees everywhere and it looks like they never move them. Course has a decent layout but in the worst condition I've ever seen it.
Never Coming Back
Called ahead to see if greens were punched recently. Showed up and while they weren't punched recently they still had punch marks from the fall. Leaves stacked in bunkers. Bunkers filled with water. Fairways were mostly weeds. The rough around the green were either sparse grass, straw or dirt. Oh, also mesh just spattered about. Tee boxes were incredibly over utilized. Cups were so beat up it was they weren't cutting for several days. The course has a nice Kay out and opportunity to be better. But for almost $80 it was not worth it. Crossing this off my list.

Nice people the course conditions are improving. Pace of play usually ok
Fair at BEST
Leaves EVERYWHERE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is Dec. 8 and all the grounds crew has to do is LEAVES. No grass to cut or anything else. Instead of laying off all the staff clean the course.
There are still holes in greens due to LATE areation and tee boxes and faiways are poor.
Only paid $20 but that was $10 TOO much.
If you hit a ball into trap area then you never found it due to leaves. Lost more balls in "1" day than I have in the last 30 rounds.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the leaves on the course. We understand your frustration and will address the issue with our grounds crew to ensure a more enjoyable golfing experience. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
I need a bigger milk carton!
This is a great time of year for getting rid of any old golf balls that you don't want. Half expected to lose my wedge when exchanged for putter around the greens. Can.t wait to return as i got a lot of old golf balls, most of which i found here last year at ths time..
