Warning for Google maps!
The course was pretty much as I expected for play in February. Good value for the money
However, be warned about clicking on the "directions" in the GolfNow app - it took me into the boondocks! You will be better served by going directly into Google maps and asking for directions to Minebrook.

not going back
I booked here because some mild January weather had my local municipal courses booked solid. The price for riding was cheap. It had rained last week and prior to the milder weather, things had frozen at night. The course was thawing and extremely muddy. Many tee boxes had no grass where the marker were placed. Very wet conditions but i got to play in January in New Jersey without freezing. I can't imagine what this course is like in mid season.

Good enough for price
Course condition including green wasn't that good, but I enjoyed the well-designed and challenging layout. I would like to play here again in the spring and summer season.

Facelift
I’ve played here quite a bit — and the new owners are definitely working hard and making improvements. For end of season, tee boxes were in good shape, fairways were decent, greens were rough. Overall it was an okay round; but charging $40 for end of season for the conditions was a little high IMO.
Not quite there yet
Very friendly staff, course conditions were barely playable, greens covered with either sand and/or crabgrass. Lots of potential and very nice layout, but the overall conditions of the course need to improve greatly before I'll be back.
Bring Extra Balls
Bring cases of balls. Fairway grass is just as high as the rough, which is near ankle height. Tee box grass is what I’d expect another courses rough to be. Greens have dirt pockets. Course doesn’t drain. Have extra socks and extra balls. August play and the course is in winter condition. Wouldn’t play again unless it was for $15 and a case of beer
Needs love
Terrible course conditions. Hairy or concrete dirt tee boxes; fairways or rough, I don’t know; craters everywhere; no rakes in traps; ball bounced more on greens than fairway. Would just avoid.
