Vineyard Golf at Renault Winery wanders through beautiful orchards and vineyards, forming the centerpiece of the 225-acre resort. It epitomizes the unique beauty of the south New Jersey pinelands. When the course first opened in 2004, Travel & Leisure Golf Magazine named it one of the "Best 30 New Courses in the World." The design of the golf course is characterized by its angularity. There are a variety of options off the tee and on approaches, allowing for many risk-reward scenarios. On many holes, you'll have to decide whether to play it safe or try to cut off yardage by playing diagonally over the various sand and waste bunkers that lurk throughout, of which there are 72 total. There are also water hazards on seven holes. There are many opportunities to score but it's not overly punishing for beginners.

I can't imagine what the previous reviewer saw here that he rated it 1 star, I played here 3 times this year and each time the course was in very nice condition. Interesting layout, nice people, I'll continue to play here when I'm in the area.

Not impressed with a price of $79. Some holes looked like frog rock. Greens are okay, bunkers need real sand, others have way to many stones for golfers to play out off. I would not come back. I work in golf and word of mouth is important.
